Appointed as sub-contractor of Facilities Maintenance Services for soft services at UOA Business Centre, Shah Alam from 2019 until now. The project was under Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). Soft services perform such as cleaning services, landscaping, and waste management.

Preparing budget estimates by considering all the cost (fixed, direct, indirect, variable). Negotiating with the supplier to get the best prices.
Results
Able to gain trust from the main contractor to continuously handle the projects.
