This project is one of the largest projects ever handled by the company. It is the project to replace the entire air conditioner at the main intake substation (PMU), Main Distribution Substation (PPU) and Main Switching Station (SSU) of Tenaga Nasional Berhad. A total of 395 units of DAIKIN brand air conditioners from 1.5HP to 5.0HP have been installed in those areas throughout Malaysia. Among PMU covered were PMU Ayer Keroh (Melaka), PMU Gelang Patah (Johor), PMU Ipoh (Perak).

A substantial shift to working from home occurred during the pandemic as this project took place on the first year of pandemic, our mobility was limited.
Solution
Getting approval from the security forces to cross the border with a valid reason.
Results
Our results highlight the need to complement mobility and activity restrictions with other health and information measures. Although the timeline has been dragged, we were able to finish the projects at the required time.
