The Hard FM services such as Operation & Maintenance of Building System, Mechanical & Electrical Works, Fire Safety Systems and Air-Conditioning Systems and Operations. This project took place about two years from 2018 until 2020.

Maintaining aging equipment & facilities. The passage of time can be somewhat unforgiving on some pieces of equipment, with many starting to show signs of wear and tear after heavy usage.
Solution
Taking measures of preventive and corrective maintenance that can be taken to slow down this process. Proper planning is essential to find ways to extend the life of existing assets and/or to coordinate the upcoming expenses. Keep aware of the effort and costs involved to prevent and correct a malfunctioning asset.
Results
Able to avoid higher additional maintenance cost and able to extend the life of the assets.
